Landlords assign the management of their property to the Serviced Property Group via a management agreement, Initially for a three year period. Hopefully this initial three year term will be extended by the landlord as the benefits of the partnership with Serviced Property Group become apparent.

Serviced Property Group will provide landlords with regular property reports or if required clients (Landlords) are welcomed to inspect their properties when vacant.
